The following is an example of the insurances we accept at Dutchess Optometry. If your insurance is not included in this list, please contact our office as we may be able to accommodate your insurance needs.

* These plans with the asterix cover medical services for diagnosis and management of eye diseases.  They usually do not cover the refraction portion of the eye exam (measuring for eyeglasses) or routine vision visits.  Check with our office on these plans to learn of coverage limitations.
