Our Doctors
Saul Polenberg, ODDr. Polenberg received his Bachelor's Degree from Queens College and his Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He did a residency in Vision Training at the Optometric Center in New York and further post graduate work at The Gissell Institute of Child Development. He specializes in all forms of contact lenses especially difficult to fit cases. He has been in practice in the Hudson Valley since 1971.

James G Cayea, ODDr.Cayea received his Bachelor's Degree from St. Bonaventure University and his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He did post grduate work at The Gisell Institute of Child Development and has certification as a low vision specialist. Dr. Cayea is a consultant for the Lighthouse, Inc. and the Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped. He has been in private practice since 1977 in the Hudson Valley. |
Tracy Sheedy, ODDr.Sheedy received her Bachelor's Degree from Binghamton University and her Doctor of Optometry from The State University of New York College of Optometry. She did a residency in rehabilitative optometry at Northport VA Medical Center. Dr. Sheedy is a low vision specialist and is a consultant for the Lighthouse, Inc. and The Commission for the Blind and Visually Handicapped. She also specializes in pediatric optometry and vision development. She has been in practice since 1996 and has been with Dutchess Optometry since 2001. She is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. |
